ARL

ARL market capitalization based on their resource value is only 5% of AUZ or CLQ.  And it has around 10 times more cobalt and 10 times more nickel compared to the other two.

The plan is to start producing by 2020 and in mining terms, it is pretty soon.

In spite of good announcement, ARL is still slipping behind!  Perhaps it is because iron may replace the far more expensive cobalt in batteries.  However, if that is the case, why are Chinese, Korean and Japanese companies scrambling for cobalt producers still?

BGS

This mining stock is high risk.  But why should it be a high risk when it is uncovering more and more lithium?  Well, it is uncovering the deposit in a sub-Saharan country.  However, when it becomes very obvious that the deposit is too huge to ignore, the Chinese will move in.

Already, the Chinese are controlling the supply of cobalt in Congo.  And putting in a lot of effort (in controlling) lithium from Latin America.

NWL

The latest billionaire in Australia is the founder of NWL.  For the last few months, a few financial journalists have written about this stock and its projected future.  And along come the Royal Commission into the finance industry and it is starting to look even better (but I don't understand why) according to AFR today.

Just recently, I posted on this stock as investors were dumping when the announcement looks so good to me.  I thought I was a bloody fool or ignorant to top up; maybe there was something in its report that is bad but not understood by me.

It is only a few weeks on and it has risen by around 50%.  Perhaps, it pays sometimes to be a fool or ignoramus as long as the report appeals to a simple mind in simple language.

TAS

This is now one of my biggest losses.  However, I have a lot of faith.  Today with a great announcement, investors dumped TAS!  Pity I was at work.  However, on Monday, if it continues to fall, it is time to top up rather than desert it.
